By using RadonBase.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Directory Listings
RadonBase displays listings of radon mitigation contractors sourced from publicly available NRPP and NRSB certification databases. We make reasonable efforts to verify certification status but:
- Listings are provided for informational purposes only
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing
- We are not affiliated with NRPP, NRSB, or the EPA
- We do not endorse any specific contractor
3. Listing Claims
By claiming a listing, you represent that you are the certified professional named in that listing and that your information is accurate. Fraudulent claims will result in immediate removal.
4. Subscriptions
Pro and Elite subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.
5. Equipment Shop
Products listed in our shop are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. RadonBase acts as a referral service. Disputes regarding product quality, shipping, or returns must be resolved with the supplier. We are not liable for product performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
RadonBase is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, reliance on directory information, or contractor performance. Your use of contractor information from this site is at your own risk. Always verify contractor credentials independently before hiring.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
