Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email, phone number, zip code, and message. When a mitigator claims their listing, we collect their name, email, and business information. We also collect standard web analytics (page views, referrers) via Vercel Analytics.
How We Use It
Quote request information is shared with the certified mitigators nearest to your zip code so they can respond to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use your email to send transactional messages related to your request.
Service Providers
We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the site: Supabase (secure database storage of listings and quote requests), Resend (transactional and notification email), Stripe (payment processing for mitigator subscriptions — Stripe handles card data directly; we never store full card numbers), and Vercel (hosting and aggregate analytics). These providers process data only as needed to deliver our service and under their own privacy and security terms.
Analytics and Cookies
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information — it measures page views and referrers at the aggregate level only. We do not currently run Google Analytics or other cookie-based tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and present a consent banner before any cookie-based analytics loads.
Data Retention
Lead data is retained for 2 years. Mitigator listing data is retained indefinitely as it is derived from public certification databases. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@radonbase.com.
