  • Certification information: When claiming a listing, we collect your certification body (NRPP/NRSB) and certification number.
  • Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized information about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, referring URLs).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To connect homeowners with radon mitigation contractors in their area
  • To verify contractor certifications and update directory listings
  • To process subscription payments for Pro and Elite listing plans
  • To send transactional emails related to your listing claim or quote request
  • To improve site functionality and user experience

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by their own privacy policies.
  • Directory display: Contractor name, company, city, state, phone, website, and certification information is publicly displayed in the directory after verification.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Retention

Quote requests and claim submissions are retained in our database for internal records and to improve service quality. You may request deletion by emailing us at the address below.

5. Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies for anonymized usage tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for ad targeting. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
