Our promise to homeowners

We don't sell your contact info to the highest bidder

Most lead sites auction your information to anyone willing to pay. You end up with 10 contractors calling you for a week. We built RadonBase to work differently.

Lead auction sites

  • Your info is sold as a "lead" to 5–15 contractors
  • Calls and texts start within minutes — sometimes for days
  • Contractors aren't verified — anyone can pay to receive leads
  • You have no way to know who's actually certified
  • The more you pay, the more calls you get

RadonBase

  • Your request goes to 3 certified mitigators near you — max
  • Contractors only contact you if they want your business
  • Every mitigator is verified against NRPP and NRSB databases
  • You can see credentials, reviews, and contact info before they call
  • You're never in a bidding war — you pick who you want

What actually happens when you request a quote

1

You submit a quote request

Name, email, zip code, and a quick note about your situation. That's it.

2

We match you to verified mitigators nearby

We find up to 3 NRPP or NRSB certified contractors in your area. Not 15. Not whoever paid the most. Just the 3 closest verified professionals.

3

They reach out — or you contact them directly

Pro and Elite mitigators receive your request and may contact you. You can also see their full profile and reach out directly. You're always in control.

Why we can afford to do this

Lead auction sites make money by selling your contact info over and over. The more contractors they sell it to, the more they earn — your experience doesn't matter.

RadonBase works differently. Contractors pay us for a featured listing — a flat monthly fee, not a per-lead auction. That means we have zero incentive to sell your info to 15 people. We make the same amount whether one contractor contacts you or ten.

Verified mitigators pay for prominent placement. Homeowners always use the site for free, and their contact info is never auctioned.

And every contractor is actually certified

Radon mitigation requires certification in most states. Lead auction sites don't verify this. We do.

NRPP

National Radon Proficiency Program

The leading radon certification body, recognized across the US.

NRSB

National Radon Safety Board

Independent certification for radon measurement and mitigation professionals.

Still worried about calls?

You can browse certified mitigators in your state and contact them directly — without submitting any contact info at all. Find someone you like, then reach out on your terms.
